Program Description

One Ohana Volleyball may send text messages regarding:

• Registration and enrollment
• Tryouts, practices, clinics, camps, and tournaments
• Schedule changes and reminders
• Team and club announcements
• Account and payment notifications
• Event and travel information
• Promotional offers and program updates
• Responses to questions or customer-service requests
• Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to Receive Messages

• By opting in, you authorize One Ohana Volleyball to send SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provided.
• Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

Message Frequency

• Message frequency varies based on your program participation, account activity, communication preferences, and interactions with One Ohana Volleyball.

Message and Data Rates

• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent and received through this program.
• Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

Opting Out

• You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message from One Ohana Volleyball.
• After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final text message confirming your request. No additional messages will be sent unless you later provide consent to receive them again.
• You may also revoke your consent through any other reasonable method communicated to One Ohana Volleyball.

Privacy

• Your participation in our text messaging program is also governed by our Text Messaging Privacy Policy.
• Mobile telephone numbers and text messaging opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and service providers necessary to operate and deliver our text messaging services.

Supported Carriers

• Message delivery is subject to the availability and service provided by your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Not all mobile devices, carriers, or service areas may be supported.

Age and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the text messaging program. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must provide consent and enroll on your behalf.

Changing Your Mobile Number

• If you change, transfer, deactivate, or discontinue the mobile number enrolled in the program, you agree to notify One Ohana Volleyball promptly or unsubscribe before discontinuing use of the number.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number associated with your enrollment remains accurate and belongs to you.

Prohibited Use

• Send unlawful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content
• Misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the operation or security of the messaging service
• Violate the rights of One Ohana Volleyball or another person

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The text messaging program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. One Ohana Volleyball does not guarantee that messages will always be delivered accurately, securely, or without delay.
• You should not rely solely on text messages for urgent, emergency, scheduling, medical, safety, or time-sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Ohana Volleyball will not be liable for delayed, failed, incomplete, or misdirected messages or for damages arising from your participation in or inability to use the text messaging program.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

• One Ohana Volleyball may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in the messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

• One Ohana Volleyball may suspend or terminate the messaging program or your participation in it at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
