What Are We All About?
ONE OHANA VOLLEYBALL is about FAMILY: togetherness, unselfishness, a commitment to a shared purpose, and performance. We stand for something more than winning.
We develop future leaders through timeless values of sacrifice, hard work, and accountability.
While we train hard to compete and perform at a high level and encourage our student athletes to go beyond self-imposed limitations, we do not believe in winning at all costs.
We recognize that gossip and bad-mouthing others speaks of the individual, and we discourage this from our staff, parents, coaches, and affiliates. We allow the merit of our work to speak for itself.
We educate young people to aspire toward significant accomplishments through action. We believe in sacrifice, hard work, enthusiasm, and thinking, and we measure ourselves on how consistently we live those standards.
